2.1 Pigment Parameters & Chromatic Realities
We make every effort to display highly precise digital color swatches, opacity descriptions, and tint formulations for all wall emulsions, textured coatings, enamels, and accessories. However, because digital display screens render light using varying RGB profiles and actual liquid pigments reflect ambient environment lighting (such as warm incandescent lamps, cool office LEDs, or natural Pakistani sunlight), minor variations between on-screen swatches and applied dry paint surfaces are inherent characteristics of physical architectural coatings. We highly recommend testing a physical sample patch before commencing full-scale applications.
2.2 Surface Preparation & Application Responsibility
We source high-performance, durable, and heavy-duty paint bases and application tools from globally verified chemical and hardware manufacturers. Customers or hiring paint contractors are solely responsible for executing proper substrate preparation (including scraping, sanding, priming porous walls, filling structural cracks, and checking moisture levels). ColorPal is not liable for any secondary surface failures, paint peeling, blistering due to unchecked wall dampness, color shifting from incorrect dilution ratios, or labor costs arising from improper application techniques.
2.3 Spill-Proof Secured Logistics Across Pakistan
By establishing an order, you agree to provide valid, precise, and easily accessible delivery coordinates within Pakistan. We handle heavy liquid payloads and delicate application tools with extreme care, utilizing specialized spill-proof locking ring lids, high-density impact-absorbent corner inserts, and heavy-duty double-walled outer transit boxes to preserve packaging integrity. While we coordinate with premium domestic courier lines for secure, priority delivery across the territory, we are not responsible for transport delays caused by external courier constraints.
