Return & Refund Policy
3.1 7-Day Unopened Inspection Window
If an unmixed tint base, stock architectural paint color, or premium accessory payload arrives with a verified packaging defect, displays severe exterior damage, or deviates from the ordered product line model, you may request a fresh exchange or credit refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a product claim, the items must be completely unopened, the factory rim seal must be entirely untampered with, labels must be clean, and application tools (brushes, rollers, tape) must be completely unused in their original pristine retail packaging.
3.2 Custom-Tinted Formula & Opened Pail Exclusions
To maintain absolute quality control and custom accuracy across our network, any custom paint cans that have been mixed, tinted, or synthesized to match a specific user-requested color code or custom hexadecimal formula cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, any standard stock container that has had its metal or plastic security tabs broken, can rim pried open, or tool packaging unsealed is strictly excluded from returns. All outbound shipments undergo automated weight profiling to verify volume integrity.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your paint or tool payload is safely received back at our central distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous volumetric scan, seal evaluation, and serial audit to verify its chemical integrity and origin. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial refunds within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by ColorPal.
